2. Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery time is between 1 to 4 business days for most locations within Dar es Salaam and nearby regions.

If you are located in other Tanzanian cities, the delivery time may vary slightly depending on courier availability and route schedules.
You will receive your tracking number within 1 to 3 business days after your payment has been confirmed.


3. Delays and Logistics Issues

In rare cases where there are delays (for example, due to courier issues, customs, or unexpected road conditions), this extra time will not be counted as part of the normal delivery window.

If your order appears delayed beyond the expected time:

  1. Please first contact the local courier handling your delivery.

  2. If the courier cannot locate your package, contact MS Smart Store immediately.

Once we confirm that there is a logistics issue or loss, we will initiate a full refund of your purchase amount immediately after verification.


4. Shipping Safety and Tracking

  • Send a replacement product at no extra cost, depending on your preference.
